So you bought your new blingin' fuel rail, but now you need a regulator to hook it up, right? Or did you just upgrade your fuel pumps and your current regulator cannot handle the additional flow requirements? Or did you change over to methanol and had problems with the diaphragms in your Aeromotive or Mallory regulator failing? Whatever the reason, have no fear, SX is here! SX Performance offers what we consider to be the best regulators on the market today(or we wouldn't be selling them!).

The SX Performance Line of Fuel Pressure Regulators allow maximum tuning flexibility with absolute minimum flow restriction for engines up to and exceeding 1400 horsepower! SX Performance's advanced bypass technology and enlarged port design provides rock steady fuel pressure control from idle to wide open throttle and allows the pump to push more fuel, increase horsepower, run cooler, draw less current, and always meet fuel demands with no pressure creep!

All SX Performance fuel pressure regulators are laboratory tested and perfectly compatible with gasoline and alcohol. Each is machined from 6061-T651 Aircraft Grade Aluminum Alloy, and protected with a Military Specification MIL-A-8625 Type II Anodize. Available in Red, Blue and Black.

  • Maintains stable fuel system pressure from 35-90 PSI for tuned flow rate flexibility up to 180 GPH(1100 PPH).
  • Features vacuum/boost compensating port for use with turbocharged and supercharged and naturally aspirated configurations.
  • Innovative design eliminates heatsoak conditions. Holds a minumum fuel system pressure of 25psi for atleast 20 minutes after pump shut down.
  • Available in two models:
    • 15402:EFI Adjustable Regulator with 2 AN-10(5/8") inlets, and AN-6(3/8") outlet, plus 1/8"NPT gauge/nitrous port.
    • 15404:EFI Adjustable Regulator with 2 AN-6(3/8") inlets, and AN-6(3/8") outlet. Great for tighter space applications.
  • Adustable Range:35-90 PSI(relative to vacuum port)
  • Pressure Regulation Slope: 3psi/gal of flow rate change
  • Although there are different styles with different connection configurations, ALL of these regulators can support the flow of two SX Fuel 18203 Pumps! Thats alot of regulation!
  • Field Serviceable: Although a rare sale, full rebuild kits are available. Thats right, if this unit does ever fail, it is able to be repaired by removing the four screws. Try that with a stamped steel one. Email us for info on the repair kits.
  • SX Peformance uses a Fluorosilicone diaphragm material, NOT cheap nitrile or other rubber based materials. This material is capable of long life and has a high resistance to chemical attack. In fact, it is the material many companies use in high performance wastegate diaphragms, and you know what kind of environment those live in!

  • Each regulator comes with mounting hardware, o-rings, and bracket.
