Complete Line Kit for 2.3L Ford!
The Original in a complete kit!
Are you tired of leaking factory feed lines? Is your oil line leaking on your turbo? Fix it before your car catches fire! I actually had that happen to me in 1997. Lucky for my car another motorist at the intersection had a fire extinguisher and all that was lost was a one day old set of $50 spark plug wires.
This kit includes all you need to convert over from the factory hard feed line to a flexible, reusable braided AN-4 teflon stainless steel line. All fittings between the head and the turbo are replaced, no more strip prone brass. All fittings used in this kit are cad plated steel for long life. They won't strip like brass. They won't marr, scratch and gouge like anodized aluminum(and end up looking like trash) because you don't have a special wrench or because you dropped it on the floor. Also the threads will not gall as easily as aluminum if you accidentally cross thread it.
This kit retains full functionality of the original oil pressure sender or hookup of whatever gauge you have in use currently. It does it by use of a special tee, not an Erector set of tees and nipples.

Also includes stainless braided return line for the Ford 2.3L engine to replace the factory Krinkle line. Have you been having a hard time finding a replacement for that thing, only to find everyone wants $30 plus for a minimum 15 year old used part? Or are you just sick and tired of messing with that funky fitting where the krinkle line enters the engine block. Or maybe youare like me, and can't stand trying to "feel" your way around lining up the two bolt flange on the bottom of the turbo after installing the new hybrid.
Easy return lineinstallation. Simply remove your old return line and the brass 45 degree block at the engine block. Install the new adaptor at the block, the drain flange and adaptor on the turbo, and install the line itself. The flare fittings are a dream to work with compared to removing and installing that stock 2 bolt flange every time.
Just like the feed line, the return line fittings are cad plated steel throughout for long life.

Return is free flowing AN-8(1/2") line is custom fitted for this application. Available with or without flange.

  • Available with or without flange and drain gasket. Flange included is a billet aluminum Garrett style flange. An IHI style flange is on the drawing board, although we have heard the Garrett flange will work fine if it the bolt holes are elongated with a Dremel. One word of caution if you are going to supply your own flange, the elevation is critical, and the Max PSI Racing flanges are specific to hold this dimension.
  • When ordering, specify 90 degree(shown) or 45 degree fitting for the feed line. Garrett turbos work well with 90 degree fittings, but the 45 degree fitting is a better fit for the IHI turbo.
  • WARNING: Read instructions before installation! Due to the short length, it is easy to twist the line on the first installation, constricting the line. THIS WILL LEAD TO TURBO SMOKING!
