Finally, the much anticipated billet fuel rail for the 2.3L Ford! This rail is designed to fit all 2.3L Ford vehicles using the "four square" style intake manifold. Dress up you engine compartment with this great looking and functional item. Fuel rail is machined out of T6061 aluminum billet, polished and anodized for a beautiful finish that will really make your car stand out at the shows!
This rail is unlike any others that have come before it for the 2.3L Ford. Earlier offerings were bare aluminum rail stock simply drilled for the injector holes with some cheap stamped steel mounting tabs. And to boot, they cost 30-50 dollars more than this one!!
This rail is custom machined from the billet for the 2.3L Ford, not generic stock pounded out on a drill press in some guy's garage. Designed by "Turbo Joe" Morgan, owner of the Poisonus Pinto(10 second street car that has been seen in full features in Hot Rod Magazine as well as Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords) and the fastest non tube frame 2.3L(8.33@151mph Focus wagon) and has been manufactured to his exacting specifications.

  • AN-8(1/2") ports for high flow.
  • Undrilled 1/8"NPT port for optional auxilary use(fuel pressure, nitrous oxide, etc)
  • Available in blue or titanium hardcoat finish

But wait, theres more! This kit also includes the custom fit line kit to connect the rail to your factory lines in your Merkur. Remove the plastic lines at the frame rail and simply connect these pre-fitted lines! May work on 87-93 Mustang with Turbo Motors swaps and 87-88 Thunderbird, but has not been confirmed.
Lines are AN-6 Lines with long lasting cadmium plated ends.
