Forge Motorsport MkIV Golf and Jetta Front Mount Intercooler Kit Have a more than midly modified MkIV and looking for something a better than an upgraded sidemount? Check out this front mount kit from Forge! Larger frontal area coupled with being fed from a larger opening in the bumper cover translates into greater intake temperature drops compared to a side mount application. Use of a double pass intercooler core with both connections on the passengerside means a minimum of piping length for a clean look and somewhat better response and spool time. Temperature reductions of 30 degrees Celcius over the stock IC have been seen! Requires some modification of the bumper support bar. Use of this kit is at the owner's risk. NOTE: Depending on stock level, item may take two weeks for delivery. Shipping is a flat $30 in the continental USA |
